Self Supervision

Given the inherent risks associated with Adventure Palace activities and equipment, it is and will remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult, parent, or guardian to supervise their children and to understand the activities the child is engaging in, ensuring they are suitable for the child’s abilities. Adventure Palace cannot and does not assess the physical or mental capabilities of any guest. Therefore, Adventure Palace operates as a self-supervised environment, requiring adults to stay close enough to their children to monitor their play, ensure their safety, and help prevent potential injuries.

Safety

We take pride in keeping our facilities clean and well-maintained to create a fun, safe environment for everyone who visits our attractions. While we work daily to ensure our playground meets the highest industry safety standards, it is equally important that parents and guardians play their part. To help make your visit safe and enjoyable, please review our Safety Rules and Policies for parents, guardians, and children upon arrival and throughout your time at Adventure Palace. By working together, we can ensure Adventure Palace remains a safe and happy place for all.

Security

Wristbands will be provided for both children and parents as an added service within our facilities. Please note that offering this feature does not mean Adventure Palace assumes any liability or responsibility for supervising children. Adventure Palace remains a self-supervised environment, and we remind our adult guests that they are and will remain the guardians of the children they bring into the facility. Adults are ultimately responsible for the safety and whereabouts of their children at all times.

Cleanliness

At Adventure Palace, we take cleanliness and disease prevention very seriously and incorporate strict hygiene practices into our daily routines. Our dedicated cleaning and maintenance team is thoroughly trained to follow our cleaning program and is held accountable for upholding our high standards.

Non-Slip Socks

Non-slip socks in shoes-off area: to help maintain the hygiene and safety of the playground, no food or drinks are allowed inside the playground, and Non-slip socks are required for all guests within the “shoes off” area. Non-slip socks are available for purchase at the front desk.
